What brought you to the Byron community and what do you love about it? My wife and I moved to Byron from Rochester before our oldest started school. We loved the good schools and with both of us coming from smaller towns, we wanted that small town life for our kids. Tell us about your life in Byron, what keeps you busy? With 3 kids all involved in multiple sports and running 2 small businesses, our calendar is full year round. We love watching our kids grow in the Byron community being involved with sports. This is my first year coaching my son's Rookies baseball team. How do you stay connected to your neighbors? Our neighborhood is great for young families. All of our kids play outside together just like we did. If you want to know where they all are, just look for the house with the bikes and scooters. We get together with our neighbors and have dinner, or drinks on the deck, even game nights. It’s been a blessing. Tell us why it’s important to you to support the community and neighbors? We’re all part of this community and I feel it’s our responsibility to take care of it. With that, it means helping out whenever you can, supporting local fundraisers, donating your time. Being a small town, we’re all raising our families together, so being a good neighbor is crucial for our success as parents and community members.
